I am having an problem when user try to reconnect to his session from other computer. the problem is that after he reconnect the session is logoff.
the user use windows client and remote app mode.

i configure this setting's in "Admin Tool/Group Policies"
terminate any disconnected session after" is set to 60
"Only one session per user: The second session will capture the first one" option is selected
"Allow users reconnections... and the "Allow automatic reconnections" is checked

In the AdminTool, click on the Server tile and click on "Group Policies (GPO)"

Check the "Allow users reconnection when sessions are disconnected."

You can also set up a timeout for disconnected sessions which will cause a disconnected user session to automatically logoff after a while.

If you want your disconnected sessions to terminate quickly, type in 0.5 for 30 sec. Enter 0 if you want your remote sessions to never end.

If your server is the member of a domain, this strategy may need to be set directly on the domain controller.
Open your domain strategy object editor (gpedit.msc) and locate the following strategy :

Computer configuration / Administrative Template / Windows components / Remote Desktop Services / Remote Desktop Session Host / Session time limit /

You can also make sure your domain controller do not prevent local strategies to be executed. This strategy needs to be disabled and is located in :

Computer configuration / Policies / Administrative Template / System / Group Policy / Turn off Local Group Policy objects processing.

Either solution should work, choose the one that fits your preference.

That does not help me Because my problem is the session is logout AFTER I was able to reconnect the session.
All Setting are done As proposed here.

I CAN Recconect the session from other computer but two second after that the session LOGOUT

Do you have any error message at all ? Could you check your TSplus license status in the admin tool / License tile ? If you need a license rehost please open a support ticket with the following information :

- Serial Number located in the Admintool in the licensing tile.
- Purchase order of your original license.
- Purchase order of your annual support.

You should receive the activation program within the next 24 hours.
If you have not received your permanent license within a day, please verify your spam folder and send us a reminder mail with the above required information.

I also have seen this issue. I had set the logoff disconnected sessions to 1 minute and enabled re-connections. However, if I rec-connect within the 1 minute I get logged off. It is as if the re-connect does not reset the timer and once the one minute expires you are logged off. The re-connection should terminate the timeout process but it appears not to. So my solution was to wait longer than a minute before re-trying to connect.

There are no problems with my licenses etc.

Este problema se presenta en las nuevas versiones, 8.40.10.30; 8.40.11.10, no en las anteriores.
La configuracion está como corresponde y no hay problema de licencias.
Cuando uno intenta dejar una sesion desconectada, en lugar de desconectarse, se cierra.
Es un inconveniente que deberian corregir ya que es muy molesto para operaciones de mantenimiento o para usuarios que ingresan por WAN y tienen algun problema de corte en internet.

Como solución temporal , cambie el nombre de " logoffondisconnect.exe " a " logoffondisconnect.disabled.exe "

Esta es la única manera que puedo hacerlo funcionar ahora .

Ok, pruebo esta solución hasta que llegue la definitiva.
