essentials 2012 with tsplus

I have noob in TSPLUS.
I have Windows Essentials 2012 R2 and TS PLUS Demo 15 Days and 5 users.

But when i try to connect 3 users, cannot doing, only 2 users remotely.

the same that Microsoft Remote Desktop

This may happen if you installed some incompatible windows update on your server after having installed TSplus. In this case you may need to install this patch and reboot : tsplus.net/CompatibilityUpdate.exe
