HTML5 screen 'painting' rather than just popping up

Hello,

I have a difficult to explain issue here that is only happening for a few customers, but is an issues non the less.

Some of the screens in HTML5 are not rendering properly. When you click a button that opens a 2nd screen up within our app, the title bar may appear at first, then if you move the mouse over the rest of the stuff you can kind of 'paint the screen' to see the rest of it. I have tried IE and Google Chrome. I have also tried updating the flash player.. Does HTML5 have anythign to do with flash even?

Anyway, anyone have any suggestions? I cannot reproduce on my end, only 1 customer so far but it affects 5 of their systems. I know it has something to do with their machines but I'm looking for what to try next. Any help is appreciated :)

Thanks!!

Hello,

What version of TSplus are you using ? I believe this issue has been fixed in 8.30.

Hi thanks for the responses.
I am hesitant to update as I am currently on version 8.10.2.12.

I only have a handful of machines out of 500+ that have this issue. Is there any other troubleshooting I can do?

I don't want to update b/c it's been a very stable version and I know a lot of changes were done to affect how users/groups are updated as well as some other major components.
This version currently has a bug in it where the AssignedApplications.ini file is written several times automatically. I have it fix by marking the file as "read-only" until I want to actually update the users.
