hello,
i am looking for a bit of help. I am setting up a new TSPlus server, at present just running in eval mode.
I want to use it in a tightly restricted environment so i have disabled ports, drives, pnp, etc redirection. all of this works fine.
however, when i disable clipboard redirection, i can no longer log in via RDP/etc, as i get the error "clipboard process not detected after 30 seconds. please try again or call your administrator"
. This is at the 5% mark when the client is initialising "starting session". Hitting OK on this box logs me out.
when i enable the clipboard in local gpo policies, it works again, but i don't want the clipboard to work.
is there something that i am missing? Clearly the clipboard process won't be working, as i have disabled it.
My HTML 5 client is also a bit upset, it always throws the error "options problem". all of my options are at default. Is there an easy fix for this?
Thanks,
Stephen.

Re: disabled clipboard issue
just to provide a bit more info
running v 8.30.8.20 on windows7 enterprise.
an uninstall and reinstall fixed the HTML5 client issue.
