Installing TS Plus on Windows 10 got one error

Hello
we have done some testing of installing TS Plus 08.30.8.12 on Windows 10.
We have noticed that users who have been assigned "FloatingPanel" or "TSplus Remote Taskbar" they got one repetitive error warning on logging Apache monitor is already started (see screenshot).
Instead the same user logging without "FloatingPanel" or "FloatingPanel" don't get the above error warning.
Don't know if we have done something wrong on the Windows 10 migration from Windows 8.1: on testing done on same machine having Windows 8.1 and same TS Plus version there wasn't the above problem.
If you have some suggestions it will be appreciated: we would not like to offer our users the whole remote desktop, but only a menu limited to their published applications.
