TSPlus: very nice product, but.....

Hi,
I'm using TSplus as of 2012 and I can say I'm satisfied with the overall performance, stability and support.
Where I'm not satisfied about is the Universal printer. It happens very often, that printjobs are not forfilled
or need to be done again. In a earlier topic I mentioned that HTML5 suddenly stops printing without any
reason. I'm using an older version od TSPlus, so this could be the problem.
Last week I set up a new server W2012 R2 with the newest version of TSPlus trial. HTML5 printing works fine
but printing with the client.exe won't work. I installed TSPlus again and updated Universal printer separately
and also read topics on the forum about troubles from other forum members. Also I gave the TSplus maps
all the read and write rights for the common user. Nothing. This is very frustrating.
My opinion is that Universal printer is not as stable as the TSPlus product itself and one has to spend to much time
at getting things to work and hoping it stays that way. I receive to many mails from my users
complaining about printing.
Just my two cents.
Best regards,
Aad
