Problem launching apps after update

After updating, launching apps directly from the menu fails to correctly set the default directory.
It seems to set the default directory to 'c:\program files (x86)\tsplus\userdesktop\files'
However if I launch the app from the floating panel then they load just fine.
Also, testing the app from the app manager works fine as well.
All was good prior to the update.
Version 8.30.7.5

Hi David,
Do you mean there is a problem now with the HTML5 TopMenu?
I have just tested the HTML5 TopMenu here and all my applications are started without any problem.
Running the latest version 8.30.7.5.

Yes
the problem is in HTML5 and Java client (havent tried windows client).
I attached a screen shot.
You will see that it is trying to open the table region.dbf from the userdesktop\files directory.
This is not the correct directory.
If started from the floating panel it starts up correctly.

You will see that if you launch the app directly from the menu then it fails but if you launch the floating panel then you get to the log in screen without errors.
I have TSPlus version 8.30.7.5
