g'day,

i hv tsplus (v8.20) installed on server 2012 r2.

hv encountered an error while establishing connection from windows10(x64) and windowsxp.
the error: remote desktop connection: an error occurred while loading from file c:\documents and settings\user\RDP6\session.rdp

no antivirus installed on client & server side.

wondering anyone hitting similar issue?

Hello,

This error have been observed from time to time in the past.
No often and we never have been able to reproduce it.

The file session.rdp is created by the generated client in the user profile.
It is used by the RDP client and the RemoteApp client which are starting the local user mstsc.exe
It is not used by the Seamless client.
It is a standard .rdp file so the anti-virus should not block it.

That is all we can say about this.
