Re: Port com mapping
Hello,
Port com can be enabled in TSplus connection client by checking the com port box in the local resources tab.

Re: Port com mapping
Hello,
Redirecting USB devices can be tricky. First of all I would recommend you to use the same version of Windows on client and server side. All clients and servers must be 32 bits or 64 bits and not a mix of both as it can lead to device driver issues.
In any case make sure you have installed the latest version of RDP client on all computers to ensure the best compatibility. Some exotic devices will have better chances to be redirected with RDP 7 or 8.
Some devices have also specific procedures for installing in a Remote Desktop environment.
You could also try out USB for RDP, which is cheaper and has good performance : rds-tools.com/usb-for-rdp/
