Tsplus Client being deleted by AVG

AVG update 4311 / 9720 (Fri 8th May 2015, 6:27am (australian eastern Std time) is seeing the TsPlus generated Client-xx.Exe as a trojan and deleting it.
Causing obvious havoc with the User logins, currently I am getting round this by creating RDP login to the Tsplus sessions.
This is not a TSPLUS issue but is listed here so others dont have to research this.
The deleted Tsplus Client-xx.exe have been sent to AVG for analysis.

You can setup an Exception in the AVG CLIENT for the Tsplus Client-xx.exe which will cause AVG to ignore the CLIENT-xx.Exe BUT if you setup the exception in the AVG ADMIN it is not protecting the CLIENT-xx.exe when the "options" are pushed down to the client.

I am working with AVG to resolve get an update to the signatures and will post back with whatever information I get.

Regards
Terry

Yes I have customers experiencing this problem and it just started this week so I assume an update in AVG caused the issue.

Hello,

We have notified AVG so that they add us to their white list again.
This is a false positive.
TSPlus is 100% virus free. We often had some issues in the past with antivirus as we do use some scripting in our code. This is why it is recommended to deactivate your antivirus before installing TSPlus and set an exclusion rule on installation path is also highly recommended.
You will need to set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession

On client side the exclusion is to be set the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
