Can't connect to client session

Hi,

We have been using TS Plus for almost 1 year now and after a few minor issues have had it running great. I have an issue now however of when we attempt to open a new session using the saved client generator (which we have used for approx. 10 months) a white screen appears for approx. 10 secs then disappear with nothing else happening. We have reset all machines, including server PC, have double checked we are getting connections from each machine (by transferring files from one to another) and generated a new portable client connection to try but have the same issue. I have doubled checked the IP address is correct as well. Can you give me any ideas on what else to try?

Hello,

If you generated multiple connection client with the same name, a cache on client side can lead to connection issues. This client cache can be either edited : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=24
or deleted : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=23
