I'm trying to help a client move to a web based login instead of the RDP login. They are using v7.20.1.31 now.
The issue is their login names. All Users are entered into the system as their full name like Tom Smith or Jack Hartless. When they log in using RDP it all works great. But if we enter in the IP address into their browser and try to log in using the exact same username and password we get "Login Problem! Exit!".
If I create a new user like Tom_Smith then it works perfectly. However I don't want to recreate all users from scratch. I want to get the current users working just as they are.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?
