Portable app can't connect

Hi there. I have a server connected to hardware firewall. My internet is static ip.

Now when I create the client using the client generator I can't connect via internet. I have forwarded port 3389. i can connect via tablet using pcket cloud no issue all i get with client generator is white screen then nothing. What can it be. other than that great software.

A funny thing i noticed I can connect only the first time after creating the client. Then after trying to connect the second time it gives me a white screen. The only way to fix this is by adding /clean command. So any way of fixing this?

I then checked under c:\user\username\rdp6\MyPDFprinting There is a file called loadbalancing.ini

Now i using loadbalanicng directing to local ip's so i think it's trying to connect to the wrong address. the local ip not the internet ip. So how can I do "load balancing" for local pc's inside office and external pc's using generated cleinets?
