Issue with Web Portal

Hi, I am with a company that is utilizing TSPlus on quite a few machines. One of our servers is having issues. When you attempt to access the web portal, it 'connects' but displays nothing in Chrome. In opera, it gives a warning about the certificate and connects anyway.
This happens from any client machine.
Going to the https:// version of the page forces it to work in chrome, but the certificate is showing as invalid.


This started occurring after a reboot of the machine. Prior to this we didn't access through https and it was working fine. All of our other servers function fine and are configured the same way.

Any ideas?

Hi,

because it happens only on this particular server, it is hard to track the issue just by assuming the source of issue, so it is better to send the link to your problematic server either to my email.

But before doing that, delete www/software/html5/settings.js and restart in GUI the web html5 instance to force to recreate this file, afterwards clear the browser cache and retry. If it did not help you send the link to me.
