Universal Printer don't work

Hi at all,
i have a problem with the universal printer.
On my server i found the warning: Universal Printer not ready. When i want to print on the server the printer doesn't redict the pdf-file. A promt asks for the path to store the pdf-file local on the server.
The only thing i habe changed is the name of the Printer. I'm added an "_", so that the Printername now is Universal_Printer. I've done this, because i should set it to everybody on the server as defaultprinter with a script. Without the _ this doesn't work.

Can someone help me?

Hello,

Renaming the Universal Printer is not supported and printing will stop function properly if you do so.

If the Universal Printer is shown within the control panel/printer list as “Unavailable” or if you deleted it then you need to reinstall it using this link : dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe and reboot.

Note that the Universal printer is not compatible with the use of CutePDF.
