logonsession.exe not found

I installed the latest update last week and since then have had no access.
When I try to log in to a Win Essentials server I get this message:
The system cannot find the file specified
c:\wssession\logonsession.exe
...
This happens with HTML5 access. The java access gives only a blank screen after it goes through the normal initialization process.
The computer is remote, so I have to wait until I am physically present, but I plan to uninstall and then reinstall TSPlus since it seems to be some kind of access rights issue to the logonsession.exe.
My questions is - is the "patch" to the latest version the entire installation program or do I need to run another install program first and then the patch?
Regards,
Rick
