Terminal Service Plus

Hi

We are running TSplus 4 on windows 2008 r2 server. users report that there is a delay of 5-10 minutes from the time they will try to connect on the server via rdp until their desktop is shown. They get a blue screen for 5-10 minutes.

Any ideas what to look for on admin tool?
