Terminal Service Plus

I had added pdfs as a file that could be opened up locally. after doing this, myself and one other employee now have the pdf open on your computers from the internet, but when we close the browser, it opens back up 5 seconds later.
I have tried restarting the server, my computer, deleting temporary user files. installing updates. reverting back to opening only from the server side.

I do not reproduce this issue, so probably updating to 7.70 will solve your issue.
