Terminal Service Plus

I have installed the TS Plus v. 7.60.9.24 and the Universal Printer does not work. When I sent a documento to it, nothing happens.

The Universal printer icon appears greyed on printer settings. See the screenshot attached.

What could I do to fix this?

If the Universal Printer is shown within the control panel/printer list as “Unavailable” then you need to reinstall it using this link : dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe AND REBOOT.

Note that the Universal printer is not compatible with the use of CutePDF.
