Slow printing

Somethimes printing trough universal driver is very slow, sometimes waiting up to 10-15 seconds for the printer starts. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

It could the antivirus scanning the print job, to prevent this set up these two scan exclusion rules :
on server side :
C:\wsession
C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus
on client side :
C:\Users\name of the user\RDP6
