Hello,

This means something went wrong in you TSplus installation. Probably because of a Windows update or antivirus blocking the installation.
Please download and install dl-files.com/CompatibilityUpdate.exe
You will need to reboot your server.

TSplus support team

Hi admin,

already open the port 3389 80 and 43
and have run the compability update and put the exception on the antivirus for the TsPlus and the Wsession
and after that able to log in again 3 user concurrently,

but today, the problem comes back again. only 1 user able to log in. and when the second user wants to log in the first user will get log out.

may i know how to fix this problem ASAP?? the current tsplus version we are using is V6.7

Hello,

Microsoft has releases an incompatible Windows Update recently, resulting in connection issues. The two KB responsible for this are KB2984972 and KB 3000061. So if the compatibility update patch has not resolved this issue I strongly recommend you to uninstall the two KB and reboot.

Hi,
do you know the KB numbers for Windows 8? It seems they're different.
Does the patch work under Win8?

Hello,

Problem still exists under Server 2012 R2 with uninstalled KB300061 (KB2984972 seems not to exists on 2012 r2) and applied Compatibility Patch and also actual version of TSPlus (7.70.10.27). What can I do to bring function back asap?
Haven't still a backup to recover. Any ideas? Must another KB be uninstalled too?

Hoping for reply soon.

Greetings from Germany.

Thanks for your information. With TSPlus Version 7.70.10.28 and uninstalled KB3000061 it seems to work for now. :D
