Terminal Service Plus

When I connect to the server through Remote Desktop connection Floating Panel is working well. When I connect through Web browser, I have no floating panel.
Why? Where am I wrong ?
There is a way to use floating panel when users are logged through web browser?

The mistake was that I check the option Enable Application Portal
