Client does not memorize username and password

Hi,
I have installed TSPlus on a Windows 8 Home pc.
I generated a client with a correct username and password but every time I try to connect the windows logon screen appears, the client can't login automatically.

Is there something that I have to configure?

Hello,

This may happen if you generated multiple connection client with the same name. To prevent this issue you can clear the client cache by following this procedure : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=23
In some cases typing in the hostname of the TSplus server in the domain field of the client generator is mandatory.
