Connection Locked. Please contact your administrator

I'm getting this error when trying to connect over the internet using a client file created by tsplus. It does not happen on every computer. It does not matter which user account I try to connect with.

There is no link to any help file or any further explanation of the error, nor any indication of where the error is coming from. I have searched google and get no results for this error.

I am using TSPlus web edition, version 7. The server is running XP.

Any insights into what this could possibly be?

Hello,

Did you use the "lock on serial number" feature of the generated connection client ? explanation below :

The ID of the disk is used to prevent anyone from using the connection client on any other device than the one it is locked on.

If you want to lock a connection client onto a USB key then you can do so by copying the client generator located in : C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\WindowsClient
Now double click on the client generator and check the lock on serial box located in the security tab. Once done you can delete the client generator from the USB key. The generated connection client is now locked on your USB key.

You may also uncheck the "firewall on the pc name" feature in the advanced security button of the security tile.
