Terminal Service Plus

I have another problem with the universal printer.
I'm running some clients (windows 7) with remoter APP, the client was generated using the client generation of the software.

The problem is when I try ti print something with the universal printer, it does not work, it mean the printing job do not appear locally in my PDF reader

This problem is only with windows 7, my clients running windows xp prints well

Please help me

Hello,

Sometime security software such as antivirus/firwall can block the print transfer on client side, disable your antivirus for 5mn, launch your connection client and try again. If you using adobe acrobat reader on client side then I recommend you to install FoxIt and try again.

Note that the Universal printer is not compatible with the use of CutePDF.
