Printer Issue

Hi, We have 4 iPads connected via RDP to a Windows 7 PC, sometimes users send documents to the printer but they are not printed, the user close the session and log again and then send the document for printting again, this time document is printed successfully.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

We corrected this bug last week end so I recommend you to update TSplus.

Should I download Setup-TSplus-org.exe or UpdateRelease.exe?
