The following features are not working for me with HTML 5 client on Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and 8 (I had not tested other versions):

• - Open files on Client
  - HTML5 File Transfer. Sending files to the server works. Sending files to client does not work. The download window appears and you can select a file to transfer to client, but nothing happens on pressing the Open button.

The file transfer works with Firefox and Chrome. Too bad the corporate world is using IE.
Please confirm that the features should or should not work with Internet Explorer.

Hello,

For the feature Open On Client it is normal.
We have develop it to work when using a TSplus generated client.
Why?
Simply because we have develop some code in our connection client to handle it.
When using the HTML5 client, you are just doing pur web actions on the user side.

I have test myself the file transfer using IE from a W7 and a W8.
On both cases it has works fine like a charm.
So I do not understand why you did see such problem.

So "Open on Client" is not to be used with the HTML5 client?
"Open on Client" works for me with Firefox and Chrome, but not IE.

I cannot get HTML5 file transfer from the server to client to work for me in IE. On the HTML5 client drop down menu, I select the download button, the dialog appears to select a file on the server, I select a file on the server and press the open button but nothing happens. I do the same procedure with Firefox or Chrome browser and the file is downloaded to local user's download folder. Is there something different needs to be done with IE?

Note: IE upload from client to server works fine for me.
