When you log in to TSplus by the Mozilla browser on the tablet I have only a blue screen. The application does not start.
By Chrome can not login but does not work to maximize and does not react to mouse cursor - a simulation of the left mouse button.
Works only with the default application "internet".

Hello,
It is not possible to change the resolution of the html5 client.
However if you edit with notepad the html5.html file located in www folder you will be able to change the working area.
Default value
800 can be changed to 1024 or 1280 for example

It does not work.
By default, I have set:
Code: Select all
<meta name="viewport" content="width=1024, maximum-scale=1.4" />

It is still a problem.
Chrome already but you can maximize the window were leaving.
What Mozilla is still the same. Only a blue screen and mobile tools. No application.

Hello,
Deleting internet temporary files and refreshing with control + F5 should do the trick.

Mozilla is still only a blue screen no application on the tablet.
Chrome is better, however, on the left side of the application is a black belt and not working clicking finger on the mouse.
Besides, it is a tablet so there's no such thing as Ctr+FN5

Hello,
the " HTML page wrong version " message is also displayed after an update when the customer is using IIS rather than our built-in web server.
To fix it, you have to copy the entire folder C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\software into the existing IIS root path to replace the existing one.
