Is it possible to set the color of the background polpitu black seamless customer? Default is green to blue choice.

No you cannot change the seamless colors to anything else than the 3 suggested colors. If your remote applications uses already one of these 3 colors you will have some transparency issues.
You can try the remote app client as an alternative to seamless which achieve the same purpose. Remote app client is supported if your TSplus server is installed on a Windows Seven Ultimate or 2008/2012 server.
