Some AD groups not showing up

Hi all
I am trialling TSplus and when I go to assign an application to users I do not see all of the groups that are in our windows AD environment. What could be causing that?

Same for me... I don't see the users or groups from AD.

Hello,
In the admin tool you will find an option to update users/groups list. It is located in the applications tile of the admin tool, click on "Assign applications". You will need to log on your TSplus server with a domain administrator account to do that.

Hello,
when I click "Update Users/Groups" the window closes and nothing happens. I'm on 7.10.1.22 (Trial).
Logged on user is domain admin.

After clicking on update Users/Groups you simply need to reopen the "assign application" and any changes should appear. A new update will be available tomorrow just in case this issue still persist.
