I've just installed the trial, and enabled RemoteApp on my user login. Now, even when trying to connect with the Microsoft RDP client, I do not get the desktop, I only get the assigned apps when I login.
This server (2012R2) is a VM, and I do not have local access to the machine. Is there anyway to get to the desktop on the server so I can manage it?

Hello,
The point of using RemoteApp is to make seamless published applications appear within a session. i suggest you regenerate a new connection client and select this time "Classic Remote Desktop".
