Users with 2 sessions being logged out.

We support a company that has been running a TS plus server on a XP machine for a long time.
The XP machine needs to be replaced with a win 7 machine, so we have installed TS Plus 6.70.12.6 on a fairly fresh Win 7 32bit box, using the 14 day trial.
We will sort out the licence when the chaos of server / workstation replacement across the organisation settles down.
We are experiencing a problem where the remote users, who run 2 sessions with 2 different user profiles, are being ‘booted’ off during idol periods. The users report being kicked of approximately 3 minutes into idol time.
The Win 7 machine has power management set for “always on”, has no screen saver set for any user.
Can you make any suggestions please?
