DEP and TS+

We have a DBF based product running TS+ on SBS 2011 Standard Edition and our product seems to require the DEP on the TS+ server for this secondary programme. We have had to reinstall our product completely after lockups were forcing users out of this product. The AV ESET Endpoint has an exclusion in the DBF file paths which provides better speed. We are still getting intermittent lockups for users when they make enquiries on customers and want to view invoices etc to screen. This a random lockup event but is still happening. Any advice on what to look for here?

Hello,

You may need to contact your DBF product support to understand why these lockup occurs. Ask them if there are any installation or specific setup for an installation on a remote desktop server. If yes it is most likely to work in a TSplus environment.
