Universal Printer don't work

I'm using the TSPlus on desktop with seamless client and the Universal printer don't work properly.

I've configured to print on windows default printer but it open a local PDF or simply doesn't nothing. If I configure as "select a local printer" it do the same thing.

My version is 6.50.9.26.

What can I do?

I recommend you to update to the latest release and generate a new connection client. This should solve your issue.
