serial port connection and usb connection

Good morning, have a scale connected to the COM1 serial port and have a Bar Code Reader plugged into the USB how do I configure the terminal to recognize these connections? thank you

Hello,
You need to check serial and usb port box in the local resource tab of the client generator. you may need to install the drivers on server side too. If you find a documentation for a remote desktop use on the constructor web site of your devices it should also help you setting this up.
