Demonstration Expiry

Post by bobbyjo » Sun Sep 08, 2013 5:12 am

Upon expiry of the demonstration, TSPlus blocks login from Remote Desktop, as I don't have an "Administrator" User on my server this is an issue and everything is controlled by an AD domain. Going forth I would like to buy TS Plus at some point, that said upon expiry of should not block administration, instead I recommend falling back to single user mode and displaying your message. The consequences of this could be an issue.

Something to consider in the future.

Hello,

You should be able to logon to your server with a domain account with admin rights. If not then you may have to add users to the local "Remote Desktop" group. Hope this help.

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same problem.
I am an administrator for the domain and still I cannot access the server running TSplus.
Just to make sure, I have added personal permissions for my user on the computer account - no change ...

I was able to login remotely before the installation of TSplus, and during the trial period.

We have already purchased TSplus, but I have no way to put the license in...

Off-course, I have no access to the console - I wouldn't be bothering you if I did ...

Please advise ASAP.

Thanks,

Nadav.

Hello,

Uninstalling TSplus will give you back your admin remote access.
