Print job saving as PDF locally

I have a user that when they print using the HTML5 client, they are prompted to save the file as a PDF on the remote system. The file does not open as a PDF on their local system to actual print.

Hello,
You should be able to print remotely with HTML5 using the Universal Printer. If you updated recently TSplus, then you may have to clear cache from your client browser. Having a local PDF viewer is necessary too unless you use our embedded pdf reader.
