Terminal Service Plus

Good morning.
I've installed TSPlus 5.98 Printer Edition on a Win Server 2012 Standard. In some users Universal Printer stop work after few days. I tried to delete the TSplus folder in user directory and sometimes this solve the problem, but not ever. I tried also to ricreate the user terminal server profile, and the user worked for three weeks, but now still have the problem. what can I do?

This issue has been fixed in the latest release so I recommend you to update using this link : tsplus.net/UpdateRelease.exe
You will need to open a support ticket to get your update code.
