Serial Number lost, heeelp!!!!

Hi, I had a problem with my computer and had to format and lost the serial number, I could only recover the license, how I can retrieve the serial number that corresponds to the license that I have??? sorry for my english

Hi,
Please open a support ticket and provide us with the following informations:
- Serial Number located in the Admintool
- Purchase order
You should receive the activation program within the next 24 hours.
If you have not received your permanent license within a day, please verify your spam folder and send us a reminder mail with the above required information.
