Hello! Trying out TSplus, things look pretty nice so far.
Except I can't get connected using same client app with same user credentials from different machines simultaneously. When the second copy of client app connects to the server, first copy simply gets closed. Also, second client hijacks state of apps from the first client.
I assume, this is not intended behaviour of TSplus, since 'Allow only one open session per user' option is unchecked in the administration console. Am I right? I'm running an XP Pro SP3 inside a VirtualBox VM. Clients are being tested from different locations. Thanks!
Concurrent sessions for same user
Re: Concurrent sessions for same user
Hello,
This means something went wrong in you TSplus installation. Probably because of a Windows update or antivirus blocking the installation.
Please download and install tsplus.com/CompatibilityUpdate.exe
You will need to reboot your server.
You might need to set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession
