Terminal Service Plus

When we installed the trial version of the software we could connect from the client to the server2008 machine without any issues and when you print it would show the redirected printer and you could print to it. In my portable client settings i had the setting ticked called streaming printing. Now all of a sudden it just shows the universal printer and the microsoft xps document writer as printers, none of the redirected printers are showing . If i log into the server just with a normal remote desktop connection the redirected printers are there again but only with the adminstrator account ?
can anyone help with this ?
