Why doesn't the numberpad, arrow keys do not work over HTMLS 5 connection?

The number row above your letter keys work but the numberpad on the right side of the keyboard do not work. This is a huge showstopper from me using TSPlus. Especially when I use the PC for financials and must be able to use the numberpad and arrow keys on the keyboard.

Is there a way to enable them?

I discovered the outside the browser java client works fine with numberpad no issues. Its a problem within the browser clients that are the issue.

Please fix or let me know of any configurations I can change to allow it to work.

I received a response from TSPlus support that resolved the issue

Hello,

We have reproduce and fixed this issue.
Can you edit html5.html and change:

var preferchars = false;
to
var preferchars = true;

Also make sure that you set var lang= to your own language keyboard (for example "en_en")
or "us_us" or "fr_fr" in your index.html file.

This should be enough to fix the problem
Last detail: delete the cache files on your IPAD
