My customer are running mostly still on windows 2000 pro workstations, I am testing TSplus all work OK except for universal printing.
Can you confirm if TSPlus universal printing has been tested on Windows 2000 Pro? There are no errors, the pdf just does not appear on workstation. All test good when I connect with a windows 7 pc. The TSplus server I connect to is a windows 7 pro 64 bit machine. Maybe you have suggestion on how I can get printing to work, the product is being trialed.

Sorry, the answer is no.
A generated TSPlus client cannot run correctly on W2000.

I think the only possibility you have is to use the Java client on W2000 to open your sessions (Use IE or any web browser and select Inside Browser option to use the Java client).
