Absolutely agree - we have customers with 50 users a box that cannot just switch to a new OS or setup credentials for each user...

Could TSPlus let us know if they think there is a solution they can provide for this in the near future? This will help me know how to approach our customers who were running fine on Windows 10 and now are *down*. They are not happy with us and while I've had to already tell one customer to upgrade to Windows Server or punt back to Windows 8 - I hate to have to tell everyone that. They will probably revolt. But if TSPlus thinks there will be no solution until the next Windows Update at the earliest, this will at least help us plan what to do going forward.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Hello,

Sorry for the late answer.

We do not have a solution for this yet but we know it is related to these who downloaded the "creator's update" from Microsoft.
I will keep you updated of our progress but it may take a few weeks.

I have dropped a hint on first page a week ago if not fixing it but at least mitigating for html5 client -> client side solution only.
(but native clients still affected.)

Is this the fix for this issue? That would be awesome.....

<<A new version of TSplus is now available. This is release 10.30.3.30

This is our comment for this new version:

- From W10 Creator Update, it was not not possible to open multiple session with one user logon/password.
This is fixed now.>>

Hello,

I confirm that opening a session with the same username multiple times on windows 10 and 2016 is available again with the latest release.
