I have contacted support and they have pushed the issue to their developers.

​I found the problem with the "working directory". Someone had set the "Environment" on the Window's user profile to launch the same application as had been configured in TSPlus. Once I removed these settings from the Windows profile everything worked correctly just as it had in the past. I am sorry that I never thought to check the "Environment" on the user's profile. Since I only ever configure the settings in TSPlus I never thought about checking the profile settings in Windows.
