Has anyone else tried the client generator with the Dual-screen option? It is a mess. Pretty much non-functional. I also couldn't find any documentation on any of the three options on that page. "Dual-Screen", "Span" or "TAB on client". Any tips or tricks? Any links to documentation?
It is a Windows 10 Professional 64-bit server. My customers refuse to use the Dual-Screen option simply because it is a disaster. Thick borders, spans both monitors, there is a two inch space horizontally across one monitor. Just a mess.....
Dual Monitors is a mess
Re: Dual Monitors is a mess
Hello,
We are aware there are some issues with dual screens and RemoteApp. The correct configuration for now is to use dual screen with RDP connection client.
You can benefit from dual screens if your two screens are connected to the same graphical adapter, other configurations are not supported.
By checking the dual screen box in the display tab of the client generator, you can move your remote session to both screens.
By checking the span box, you can extend your remote session to both screens.
