Restrict specific user to login from Web

Dear Sir

It is possible to restrict any particular user to get login from web i.e, he should be able to connect from Portable Connection Generated File only.

Yes this is possible. Open an admin tool / security tile / advanced security option and check the "Deny access from Microsoft RDP client".

If you need more restriction options and security, you might be interested in RDS-Knight, which adds extra security with a protection from brute force attack and allow you to provide a more restricted environment to your users.

The above policy will be applicable for all users. Kindly advise how to implement this policy for one specific user.

Hello,

You will need RDS Knight so that you can add more security options, or be a group policy expert with an active directory to handle group policy at user levels.

Dear Sir

Good Morning !

I have installed trial version of RDS Knight ultimate.

Kindly advise where I can find option to restrict any specific user to get login from "Web" or "MSTSC". He should be able to get login with Connection Generated File only. I did not get any such option in "Seurity Level" .

If RDS Knight meets my this requirement then I will buy it.
