I have a location that can't load the floating panel. I see a brief message and then a blue screen.
The floating panel never displays. If I try this outside of their network then everything works fine.

Hello,
some specific users environment doesn't allow websockets connection, or drops it after a while. It is hard to say, why such filters are configured so.
Such problematic customers should try https address, usually such internet filters can't sniff ssl traffic and everything works fine then.
Sincerely yours, JW.
