User Profile cannot be loaded

Dear Admin,

we are accessing the system remotely when we enter the user name and password we are getting the error

The User profile service service failed the sign -in

User profile cannot be loaded

Hello,

This means either your user profile is corrupted or your domain / dns is not configured properly on server and/or client side. Delete the user profile and create a new one.
