Hi
Has anyone else experienced connecting to your TSPlus servers and getting and "Internal Error" message. This just started happening over the last month or so on my Windows 2012 and 2016 servers. I am using the TSPlus. 11.30.5.51. This will happen 5 or 6 times and then the connection works. I have had it happen using MStsc.exe and my customers have had it happened using the HTML client. I have been using TSPlus for years and have never had this problem so I am wondering if it is related to some Windows update.

Hi Simon.
I've had it happen a couple of times for the last month, but like after first failed attempt it worked. I haven't heard from users reporting this kind of issue (they all connect exclusively through HTML5), but have faced it myself with MSTSC (Windows 2012R2).

Did you manage to figure out what was causing this? I've got the same problem on two of my servers

Hello,
While this error is very vague, you could disable NLA and reinstall the rdp client latest release on yoir client computer.
